we are planning a trip to Disney and bringing my father , who is 79 years old , for the first time. He was wondering if your bathrooms have "grab bars" to help him pull himself up .

    Hi Dyonne,

Thanks for stopping by with your question. How special it will be for your father to be able to come and enjoy the fun with your family. Even he'll be able to feel young at heart in this magical place.

To answer your question, every public restroom does have at least one (if not more) handicap accessible stall and those are equipped with bars to use for assistance or stability. Also, in the tubs of all the Walt Disney World Resort hotel rooms are a similar bar to aid in getting out of the tub.

I hope this answers your question. Have a wonderful time and feel free to stop by with more questions as you continue to plan this pixie-dusted first time Disney vacation! We're all here to help.
