Planning a trip to Disney in April. Will be staying off the resort for the first week then staying at Pop Century the second week with quick service plan. Can we visit a water park and use dining plan for one day before we stay on the resort ?

    Hi Lisa,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Wow - two weeks of vacation somewhere warm sounds heavenly to me right now!!

If I understand your question correctly, you’ll be staying off-site for the first week of your vacation and at Disney’s Pop Century Resort with a Magic Your Way Vacation Package that includes a Water Park Fun & More Theme Park Ticket, as well one of the Disney Dining Plans during your second week.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but because your Magic Your Way Vacation Package is tied to your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay, you unfortunately won’t be able to use any of your Vacation Package’s components until you check-in to Disney’s Pop Century.  You therefore won’t be able to use any of the entitlements associated with your Disney Dining Plan or one of your visits to a Walt Disney World Resort Water Park before your Resort Arrival Date.

Happy planning and have a Magical Day!
