We are planning a trip to disney for 5 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 7. We want to stay at one of the deluxe vacation villas. Comfort is very important to us. Can you give me some suggestions on what resorts would be the best?

    Hi Talea,

Thanks for a great question!  I love to share information with guests regarding the incredible vacation villas at Walt Disney World.  With their spacious accommodations, full kitchen, and private laundry facilities, there's simply no better place to stay during your vacation.

Based on the ages of the children in your traveling party, I suggest you select a two-bedroom villa near the Magic Kingdom.  There are two magnificent resorts from which you can choose.  The first of these is my favorite resort in all of Walt Disney World:  Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  If you've never seen the jaw-dropping, beautiful lobby at this resort, you are in for a treat!  It's the only resort I've discovered worldwide that has a geyser on property that erupts on the hour.  I could spend days enjoying the ambiance and amenities at this resort.  If you stay here, you are only a four-minute bus ride or slightly longer, but enchanting boat ride away from the Magic Kingdom.  The other option is a brand new resort with a delightful, modern flair.  Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort also offers two-bedroom villas.  It is incredibly convenient for guests visiting the Magic Kingdom because you can either take the monorail or walk directly there.

A two-bedroom villa at either of these resorts would be an excellent, comfortable choice for your group!

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust,
    Jill
