Not only is Christmas time the Most Wonderful Time of the Year, but also the most Magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom is a great way to get into the Holiday spirit and spread some Holiday cheer. Thank you for your question about Extended Evening Hours during December. I will do my best to give you an expectation for these hours.
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours in EPCOT and Magic Kingdom are phenomenal ways to experience the parks with reduced crowds. These hours are available for Guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resort Hotels or Disney Deluxe Villas through the rest of this year and throughout 2025. Typically these hours are on Mondays at EPCOT and Wednesdays at Magic Kingdom. Looking at the
Christmas Party schedule, the parties are on select nights however currently not scheduled for either Mondays or Wednesdays. Without a formal announcement on the hours and times, I would assume they would continue throughout December, as they have in the past. Make sure to keep an eye on the
Park Hours & Events Calendar as the time gets closer to your vacation so you know for sure when they are and which parks you may have access to.
I am sure you already know, but there are a few attractions in both Magic Kingdom and EPCOT that have Virtual Queues. You will have special access to the queues at 6:00 PM on those evenings so don't forget to set your alarm as a reminder for these attractions!
