    I am planning a trip in December. It is a gift for my son's birthday, which is in November. I have heard that you can plan a Character Call in which child can be contacted and character will say Happy Birthday to the. How do I do this?

    Happy UNbirthday to you, Brittany! You have 364 of them, so let’s celebrate! Your son’s big day will be a fabulous celebration, and I’ll give you the skinny on how to get that character call to make his morning magical!

    Once you check into your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, press the FRONT DESK button on your room phone. This will connect you to a Cast Member, who will then be able to contact Goofy and get him on the horn, so to speak. The super-fun greeting is really something to behold. Make sure you put Goofy on speakerphone and film your son’s birthday wish; it’s sure to bring such a smile to his face!

    Other characters aren’t available to take calls right now, so unless Goofy is off playing with Max, his son, he’ll be ready to wish Happy Birthday to your lucky family member. Have a magical vacation, and “Garsh!”, we’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
