Hi Holly and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's so nice to see you again! I'm so excited for you! Your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort with a baby - how magical!!
Isn't it amazing that someone so tiny can require so many items? I love how you are planning every detail of your vacation and this is an important one. You are allowed to bring water in the parks as long as it's not in a glass bottle. Glass containers aren't permitted, with exception to baby food jars and perfume bottles. Her baby bag needs to be smaller than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. For a complete list, you can view the
restricted personal items page.
Do you know about the
Baby Care Centers? Located in the 4 theme parks, they are the perfect place for your princess to be fed or changed. They also have nursing rooms if needed and a kitchen. There are small shops within each of the Baby Care Centers if you discover you have left behind a necessary item. Despite our best attempts at being ultimately prepared, we somehow left our kiddo's diapers in our Disney Resort hotel room. The Baby Care Centers saved the day!
One other tip I want to suggest is that you bring a blanket or small towel with you for her stroller. When you park her stroller outside an attraction, cover the stroller seat with the towel or blanket until you return to go to the next attraction. The strollers can get quite hot in the warm Florida sun and by covering the seat of the stroller, it will help protect her skin.
If
Memory Maker isn't already part of your vacation, be sure to add it! You will be making precious memories you will treasure for a lifetime! I'm so excited for you! Have a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
