Hi I am planning a trip this December with my father and daughter. Are there any 2 bedroom suites available on property for non DVC members?

Welcome back, Lisa! It's great to see you hEAR at planDisney.

I LOVE this stage of planning when you're picking your "home away from home" and Lisa, I have great news. There are tons of 2-Bedroom options for you to choose from. The "World" is your oyster.

Lisa, you are able to book 2-Bedroom Villas "for cash" as a regular Walt Disney World Guest at the following Disney Vacation Club Resorts: The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary ResortDisney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and (my personal favorite and "home resort") Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

Now, Lisa, there are quite a few choices, so if you are looking for quick access and walk-ability into Magic Kingdom Park, I would recommend checking out Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. I just toured the 2-Bedroom Villa and it is a gorgeous use of space at a prime location. If EPCOT accessibility is higher on your list, take a look at Disney's BoardWalk Villas where you can stroll into World Showcase through the International Gateway.

However, if your family is like mine and always looking to stretch your vacation dollars (I mean, more money for a DOLE Whip®), I would encourage you to look at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and Disney's Old Key West Resort. I have stayed at both properties and love the calming vibes and great feature pools you'll find there.

Finally, while this resort does not have 2-Bedroom units, you'll find family suites that sleep 6 at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. A few years ago when my husband and I traveled with Grandpa we stayed in one of the Cars Family Suites. We took the master bedroom area while Grandpa and the kids slept in the living space. Since there were two bathrooms we all felt like it was a great choice for our family and with a lower price point, allowed us to stay a few extra days.

Lisa, I hope this helps as you are narrowing your choices and getting ready to book. Wishing you a trip full of Magical moments. Please come back and see us at planDisney with any other questions you might have.
