Planning a trip in Dec 2015 4th -13th & in Oct 2015 27th - 6th. A group of 4 for Dec trip & a group of 6 for Oct trip. I want to upgrade our park passes to annual passes when we arrive in Dec and add Tables in Wonderland. Can I pay balance with gif

    Hi Michele,

How exciting to be planning two Walt Disney World vacations less than a year apart!  When visiting more than one time in a calendar year, purchasing an Annual Pass is definitely the way to go in my opinion.  You may use your Disney Gift Card to purchase theme park tickets and this does include using a Disney Gift Card to pay for the difference of your ticket upgrade.

When upgrading your existing theme park tickets you should keep in mind that you must do so within 14 days of their first usage and there must be at least one remaining admission left on them (can't be used up).  Once you have purchased your Annual Pass then you are eligible to purchase a Tables In Wonderland card which can save you 20% on food and beverage (excluding alcoholic drinks) at over 100 participating restaurants.  Last year I purchased my first Tables In Wonderland card and was amazed at how much my family saved.  Our savings paid for the cost of the card in a short period of time.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your vacation planning question.  Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are always happy to help!

    Blessings,
