We are planning a trip Dec 19-23. I noticed on a Disney information page that there were no fireworks listed at MK during our stay. Surely that cannot be correct for such a high traffic week? Where can I find the schedule for fireworks during that time?

    Hi Amanda,

Your holiday Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it! I'm happy to tell you that I see the Wishes nighttime spectacular on the Magic Kingdom schedule for 10 p.m. three nights during your visit -- on December 19- 21.

You do not see Wishes on the schedule for December 22 because that is the night of the final Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Partyfor 2016, which has its own special fireworks show for party-goers. Usually, the special Mickey's Very Merry fireworks and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime parade, a staple of the party, continue for all guests through Christmas week.

So I'm confident you will have a chance to experience Wishes during your visit. Make sure you check the Times Guide when you arrive to verify the times.

If you love fireworks, you'll also want to check out the new JingleBell, Jingle BAM! fireworks and projection show at Hollywood Studios. And IllumiNations at Epcot adds a holiday tag at the end of the show, too.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you make your final plans for your holiday Walt Disney World vacation. Enjoy!
