    Hi, we are planning a trip for Dec and would love to be in the parks for when they tape the Christmas Parade, what dates will those be, do you need special tickets for this. Thank you

    Hi Neal!
    The "official" dates have not been released for 2014, but if past years are any indication, the parade taping generally takes place over the first weekend in December. Obviously, this is subject to change, but it has been the case for the past several years.
    You do not need a ticket for the taping. Regular park admission gets you into the parks. However, be advised that certain areas may be restricted during certain parts of the taping. On the other hand, you may be able to participate in other areas as part of the regular crowd in the background.
