    I am planning a trip for Dec18-22. I'm ready to make reservations but 2 of my family members haven't decided if they are coming. I plan to book the same rooms whether they come or not, so could I go ahead & book our trip & add them later if necessa

    Hi Debbie!  It looks like part of your question was cut off.  If you are asking if you can make your reservation now for those you know for sure are coming and then add the others later then yes, that is acceptable.  I've also done this the other way where I've added all names and then removed those that were not able to make that trip.
