Planning trip, 6 days Oct 2015, married son & wife will join us-3 other adults for part. Whats the best way to coordinate hotel & reserv. so we can all stay in the same place even though we'll be there for diff amount of days & separate reserv.

    Hi Sharon!

Sounds like you have a wonderful vacation planned!  The best thing you can do is link the reservations in the system.  You can ask them to link the reservation numbers together, and this will help them plan how they assign the rooms.  You might not end up right next to each other, but you should be in the same area.  You can call (407) 939-5277 for assistance in linking the reservations.

On our last vacation, we booked two separate rooms, and linked the reservations.  One room was across the hall and down just a few steps from our room.  Super convenient, as my older kids were able to easily navigate from room to room independently.

Keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed, but Disney will do their best to help.

    Have a magical vacation!
