We are planning a trip for 4 day park pass to WDW. Our daughter will be turning 3 half way through. Do I need to purchase her a park pass? Thank you!

    Hi Lynsey!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to help you plan your special trip to Walt Disney World Resort that will be extra magical since you will be celebrating your daughters birthday! Be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday celebration button for her from any of the Disney Resort hotel front desks or any of the theme park Guests Services locations so Cast Members and other Guests can join in on her birthday celebration!

While Walt Disney World Resort is a magical place for birthday celebrations, no one gets any older during a trip to see Mickey. So since your daughter will be 2 years old at the start of her trip, she will be considered 2 years old for the entire trip for ticket purposes and for your hotel reservation if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel. So since Guests who are 2 years old and under receive complimentary admission to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, you will not need to purchase your daughter a ticket for her magical vacation!

Please let us know if you have other questions as you continue planning your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
