Planning a trip for our daughters 8th birthday. March 8th. It seems prices go up that week. Is this a crowded time to visit. Should re think our dates? Traveling also with a 3yo & a 19 month old. Any advice/thoughts?

    Hi John!

The first couple of weeks of March are a good time to visit since it is prior to the spring break craziness.  The reason for the price hike could be for the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot that starts on March 6th.  While Disney World as a whole is fairly decent crowd wise, Epcot will be busier than normal.  If you are interested in the Flower and Garden Festival, this is a great time to plan your vacation!  The topiary masterpieces are truly beautiful and I bet your kids can find some of their favorite characters among them!
If you want to skip this event and plan for another time, try looking at the end of February into the first week of March or late April to early May before summer vacation.  The first couple of weeks of December is my favorite time to visit because the entire resort is decorated for Christmas.

    Have a magical day!
