    When planning a trip and buying passes, is there anyway to get your magic bands for the trip if we aren't staying on property? I saw that we can only customize our bands after the initial use of the pass. We'll be home before receiving the bands.

    Hi Megan,

    At the current time, you cannot customize an Annual Passholder MagicBand until you have activated your pass. You can use your pass on this visit and customize for your next visit or you can purchase a MagicBand for this visit. MagicBands are available at several retail locations in the parks and resorts. If you decide to purchase a MagicBand you can choose a different color when you customize your passholder MagicBand and you'll be able to use either for future visits.
