We're planning a trip for 2013 with my brother-in-laws family, we really want to have some kind of family shirts made before we go that can still be disney related. I know there's a store in DTD for custom shirts, but is there any way to get shirts before?

Not to boast or anything, Jason, but my family is famous for our Disney shirts.  Okay, okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration, but still, we've received tons of great feedback on them, often times even from Disney Cast Members.  Fun, right?  You should definitely wear matching t-shirts during at least one day of your trip.  It really amps up the fun factor.  You certainly need not wait to get to Disney to get your shirts.  We make ours at home ourselves.  Anyone can do it by simply printing a design on to t-shirt transfers (we get ours at our local craft store with a 40% off coupon) and ironing them onto the t-shirts of your choice.  If you are lacking that creative flair, you can also buy customized shirts from the Disney Store.  THIS LINK takes you right to where you need to be to do that.  Either way, I'm sure your group will look awesome in your custom shirts!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
