    Hello! I am planning a trip for my 8 best friends. They are all on my friends list & we are all under the same hotel reservation. However I cannot figure out how to order magic bands for those that do not have them yet? They dont show under magic bands

As a fellow MagicBand lover, I completely understand why you would all like to purchase MagicBands for your upcoming vacation. Not only do they make an adorable accessory, but I also love that they become associated with your memories from your visit. Planning a Disney trip with your best friends also sounds so incredibly special and I am honoured that I get to help you today!

    I am sorry you are having some issues purchasing your MagicBands for your party, but we can figure this out together! You and me, we're in a club now. Since MagicBands are no longer included with your Disney Resort reservation, there are a few things we can do to make sure you are able to purchase yours when possible. First, make sure your Resort Hotel reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account and that your whole party has their own account or profile in your Family & Friends List. It is important to make sure your reservation is linked to your account as it will allow you to access the MagicBands sale. Second, you will only be able to purchase magic bands up to 10 days before your arrival, so make sure you are within that time period since that could also affect your ability to purchase MagicBands. Once you arrive, you can also purchase MagicBands at select theme park and Resort hotel retail locations, select Disney Springs retail locations and other select merchandise locations, so don't worry if you still have issues before your trip. Lastly, if your reservation is linked properly and you are in the 10 days leading up to your vacation, I would recommend getting in contact with a Cast Member either via chat, email or phone. I always turn to Cast Members when I have an issue as they are real-life Fairy Godparents and will be able to work their magic for you.
