We are planning a trip in the beginning of March , end of February. I am wondering if the crowds are moderate at this time of the year? What do you think the weather is going to be like in a few weeks?

    Hi Charles,

I am excited that you will be going to Walt Disney World in a few weeks.  The weather at the end of February and beginning of March is quite pleasant with highs in the upper 70's and lows in the 50's.  This week the temperatures even reached in the low 80's!  The crowds are usually low to moderate levels.  The weekend of February 25th is the Princess Half Marathon so crowds will be increased during this time. On February 29th, Magic Kingdom will be open beginning at 6:00 am for One More Disney Day in celebration of Leap Year.  This is the first time Magic Kingdom and Disneyland in California will be open for 24 hours! If you will still be at the parks on March 7th, I would recommend heading to the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.  There will be over 70 Disney character topiaries with an eight foot Sorcerer Mickey floral topiary to welcome you.  I hope you have a magical vacation, Charles!
