Planning a trip to the Beach Club, considering the first week of August or the first week of October. Comparing weather and crowds, which would be better? Also, when do they start the specials for dining again? Planning for next April as well. thanks.

Planning two trips at once - wow!  If I were deciding between August and October, I'd pick October because the extreme heat will have most likely gone away (average temp in August is 82 compared to 75 in October) as well as summer crowds as students should be back in school. You will also have a chance to visit Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival and Mickey's Not so Scary Halloween Party.

I wish i could let you know when dining specials will be available, but I'm just as much in the dark as every other guest.  However, I'd keep checking here or www.mousesavers.com for up to date news on specials.

Enjoy the Beach Club -- the pool is AMAZING!
