Planning a trip for August and trying to find the time of the campfire in FW. We're going to Hoop-Dee-Doo and hope we can do both on same night. Travelling with hubby, 3kids (1 is ADHD), and 3 seniors so I need to plan lots of options in advance. Thanks!

I’m a planner too so I understand your need to work out all the details.

    Here’s the info on Chip ’n Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long:

The Campfire Program is held near the Meadow Trading Post and next to the Bike Barn rentals. You’ll enjoy singing, roasting marshmallows and visits from the nutty characters, Chip and Dale.

This Campfire activity takes place each evening at Fort Wilderness. All guests are welcome and there is no fee to participate. Items for making s’mores are available for purchase. Other snacks are available for purchase at the Chuck Wagon Snack Bar. Seating is available on bleachers and benches. There is room to lay out a blanket too.

During the Summer months, the campfire at Fort Wilderness is lit at 7:30 p.m.
The sing-a-long activity with a guitarist as well as Chip and Dale begins at 8:00 p.m.
The movie will begin at 8:40 p.m. (Friday and Saturday nights include a double feature.)

All movies are rated G unless noted otherwise. The movie schedule comes out at the first of each month. In case of inclement weather, the sing-a-long portion of the activity takes places on the porch of the Meadow Trading Post.
