    We are planning a trip for August 2013 and are really wanting to stay at the new art of animation resort. I heard these rooms are gonna be hard to come by. Do you think we will have to settle on another resort?

    I sure hope not, Joshua!  While it is true that the new Art of Animation Resort is a popular location right now, I would hope that if you make your plans well ahead of time you would be able to secure the reservations you've got your heart set on.  It will be important to lock down your dates and attempt to book your package as soon as Disney opens bookings for next year.  Doing so will give you the best chance at scoring that coveted room at Art of Animation.  Best of luck to you and your family, Joshua!
