Hello. We are planning a trip in August and we'll have the dining plan. We are going to use 2 credits for a signature dinner. We ate at Narcoosees the last time we went and LOVED it! Is there anywhere else you might suggest? Family of 4, kids 8 &

    Hello Robyn!

Narcoosee's was a great choice!  Signature Dining is so much fun and the Disney Dining Plan makes it easy to be able to indulge in some really spectacular meals.  And we love how Walt Disney World makes Signature Dining inviting for even the tiniest of pallets.

My suggestion would be the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  The view from the top of the Contemporary can't be beat.  If you time your meal right, you can even see the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular fireworks right from your table.  The restaurant dims the lights and pumps in the music.  You can also step outside onto one of the catwalks and view the show from outside.

The children's menu at California Grill is phenomenal as well.  They can chose from steak, salmon, and grilled chicken breast.  The menu also includes those all-important kid's standbys of mac n' cheese (house-made and delicious) and pizza.

The California Grill books up quickly, so make sure to make your reservations right at the 180-day mark if possible!

I hope you have a most magical vacation, Robyn.  I'd love to help you plan more of your pixie-dusted vacation details, so stop by and see me again!

    Have a Disney Day!
