We are planning a trip in August 2018. With 6 adults & 5 children ranging from 8 yo to 1 yo. Im looking into meals w/ characters & regular meal plans. What are the ages for kids to be free

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica! We’re so happy you stopped by to bring us your question. It’s our pleasure to help you plan a most magical vacation to the place where the magic is endless

I’m so excited to learn you are planning a big group visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Sharing the magic with friends and loved ones makes visits extra special. I bet you will make so many memories during this trip that will last a lifetime!

Jessica, mousketeers under the age of three are special guests of Mickey Mouse and will be able to enjoy character meals and entrance to the parks at no cost. For ages three and up, if you choose to include a Disney Dining Plan to your Magic Your Way Vacation Package, those little ones will have their own dining credits to enjoy on the Dining Plan you choose. For budgeting purposes, kids age 3-9 will enjoy the child pricing, and from age 10+ the adult pricing.

I hope this helps answer your question! Be sure to mark all the important planning dates on your calendar like the 180-day mark for your Advanced Dining Reservations and your 60-day window to reserve FastPass+ for your favorite attractions!

Don’t hesitate to visit us again soon for any additional tips, advice, or questions about your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

    See ya real soon,
