We are planning a trip in April 2020 and using the Dining Plan. Which character meals are available to book and how many credits does each meal use? Thanks so much.

    Hi Mary!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The Disney Dining Plan is something I enjoy using every time I visit Walt Disney World, and I love the flexibility and convenience offered across Walt Disney World Resort - at the theme parks, the Disney Resort hotels and select locations at Disney Springs.  Character dining is a good way to use your credits, and all will require one Table-Service credit, with the exception of Cinderella's Royal Table in Magic Kingdom Park which requires two Table-Service entitlements.  It's worth noting that this reservation will require advance payment, which will be refunded back to your credit card when you advise your server that you are using your Disney Dining Plan.  You can see details for all character meals here.  If you wish to make any dining reservations (which are highly recommended for character meals), click on the restaurant to make your booking online, up to 180 days in advance.  You may also make your reservations by using My Disney Experience

The Dining Plans are available to use from time of check-in at your Resort hotel (if you check-in online, your Dining Plan can be used from 7.00am on your arrival day), until midnight on your day of departure.

Come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World, and for all the latest news and updates on events happening during your trip, keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog.
