Planning a trip in April 2010 and will be staying at a moderate resort. Just wondering which moderate resort is closest in the bus line at the parks? We stayed at Pop Century last year, and always had to walk to the very end of the bus line at the parks.

Hi Jennifer! At this time, the Moderate resorts with the nearest bus loading zone are Port Orleans Riverside, Port Orleans French Quarter, and Ft. Wilderness resort. It helps to know that the loading zones for the resort buses at the theme parks can vary slightly from theme park to theme park, and it is also worth noting that these loading zones can change depending on the demand (more guests at a resort usually=farthest load zone). This is done in order to accommodate each queue for the buses loading zone an in order to avoid a congestion as guests walk to their load zone. For example, Pop Century is a popular resort that can accommodate many (high volume) guests, so the queue line for this resort is usually longer and needs more space to avoid any congestion. This is why it is typically the farthest load zone area when you're leaving the park. Thanks for the question, come back to the Moms Panel if you have any more, and enjoy your stay in April!
