    Hi, I am planning a trip and on the app the tickets are matched up with the wrong names. How can I change this? For example, my husband’s ticket is for ages 3-9 my 3 year olds is 10+ and my 2 year olds is under 10+ and my name isn’t listed anywhere.

    Hi, Alexis!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    It really is a small world after all!  Your arrival date for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is the same day as my family's upcoming trip!  You are going to love visiting in February.  The crowd levels and the weather are usually both very comfortable during this time of yEAR.  During your visit, be sure to check out the Epcot International Festival of the Arts and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog to hEAR about any special Valentine's Day treats that might be available during your visit.

    It sounds like Stitch might have been causing some trouble with your My Disney Experience account.  Things like this happen every once in a while, and when they do, the best thing to do is call the Help Center.  The Help Center Cast Members will be able to sort out this little glitch faster than you can say, "Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!"
