We are planning a trip for our 4.Anni this Oct.2009. It has been some years since either of us have been to WDW. I would not know where to start.Planning to arrive on Anni day Thur. 10/01/09 and stay until Sun.Help me plan some nice and inexpensive.

Happy Anniversary!  What a wonderful way to celebrate by going to Disney World!

The first thing you'll need to decide is which resort to stay at.  To stay within your budget, I would suggest either Coronado Springs or Port Orleans Riverside (moderate resorts).  Both of these locations are just perfect for the 2 of you to relax or take a nice walk around the beautiful grounds.  They are spread out, which makes these resorts a little quieter and more relaxed.

You don't have a lot of time for the parks, but I suggest planning one day for Epcot.  You can enjoy all the countries around the World Showcase Lagoon.  To save money, perhaps schedule lunch at one of the countries.  This will be cheaper than a dinner, and you'll still get the same great experience.

During the evening,  take a walk around the Boardwalk, go to Downtown Disney Marketplace and do some window shopping, watch the fireworks from the beach at Polynesian.  You can do all these without spending anything while having some special time together!

Stop by guest services while in Disney to pick up your "Anniversary" button.  They will be happy to give you one to wear so everyone can extend their happy wishes to the happy couple!  I hope you have a magical anniversary!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
