I am planning on traveling on Easter Weekend with my mother who has to attend a wedding at the Boardwalk. We only have one day that we don't have something planned and am traveling with a 9 month old. Would you suggest visiting Epcot with a 9 mo. old?

    Hi Brenna,

Epcot is certainly a convenient option for you if your mother is at the Boardwalk. You can take the ferry to the International Gateway and enter through the back entrance to the Park.

I'm assuming you will have a stroller with you. During Easter weekend, Epcot will have the International Flower and Garden Festival, which features breathtaking floral displays throughout the Park. We were there last April during the Festival, and it was just gorgeous. You could spend some time walking around with your baby in the stroller, enjoying the exhibits. Click HERE for more information.

Your baby may enjoy visiting the Seas with Nemo and Friends attraction. This slow moving, mesmerizing ride ends at a large multilevel aquarium. You could spend a great deal of time at this pavilion, enjoying the fish, dolphins, turtles and more. Click HERE to learn more about this attraction.

The Imagination pavilion HERE features another slow moving ride. There are musical squares in the rug at the end of the ride that my children always enjoy playing on. Your baby might find this fascinating as well.

There is also a happy boat ride (like It's a Small World") in the Mexico pavilion that you could bring your baby on.

I hope this gives you some ideas to help you decide if Epcot is a good choice for you.

    Enjoy your vacation!
