Hi, I am planning to travel to Walt Disney World with my boyfriend. We will both be 20 years old when we are in Disney. Would we be able to check into a Disney hotel? Thanks

Hi Abi, thanks for bringing your question to planDisney Walt Disney World is magical to visit as a young adult - and a middle-aged one, too! It's where the young at the heart of all ages are welcome.

As long as the lead passenger is 18 when booking, you can book a Disney Resort hotel through the Walt Disney World Travel Company. The tricky part is deciding which Disney Resort hotel is best for you! All offer fantastic benefits such as Early Entry. One of the best budget-friendlier options is Disney's Pop Century Resort, particularly for its Skyliner access! Great for both Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, which would be perfect if you get a later Virtual Queue time for the epic Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

The My Disney Experience App is invaluable during your Walt Disney World adventure. It provides up-to-date ride wait times, Mobile Food and Beverage orders, virtual queues, and more. You can also access Online Check-In through this app.

Please know that most U.K. tourists seeking to enter the United States are eligible to travel without a visa under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). You can apply via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) website.

Abi, I hope this information helps, and I would love to help with anything else to ensure you have the most magical time on your Walt Disney World adventure, Louise.
