Greetings Fred, and welcome back to
planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question, and I'd be happy to assist you today.
The past year has sure been a tricky one for travelers. So many of us have experienced canceled or postponed vacations, and we've all had to adjust to a whole new world of health and safety guidelines. I hope you end up enjoying your Florida adventure, but if something happens and you aren't able to make it to your destination, not all is lost.
If your
theme park admission is part of a
Disney vacation package that bundles tickets and a stay at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection, the entire vacation package is fully refundable if canceled more than 30 days before check-in. If you purchased your tickets separately from a resort hotel room, they are non-refundable. But Hakuna Matata, Fred; the value of those tickets is not lost. When you are ready to travel again, simply
call the Walt Disney Word Travel Company or contact your local travel agent, and you can apply the amount paid for those tickets to new ones.
I hope this is helpful, Fred! If you aren't able to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth this summer, there will be so much to zip-a-dee-do the following year. From the opening of new attractions like
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind to the launch of the
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, 2022 and beyond is looking pretty incredible. Best wishes for a safe and healthy vacation, and we hope to see ya real soon!
