Ahoy Kimberly, and welcome to planDisney!
For closed-looped cruises to the Bahamas and the Caribbean,
your passport must be valid for the entire length of your cruise, so you will be able to travel with your current passport. This is based on current government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.
When you get ready to pack, make sure you and your family's travel documents are in your carry-on bag and not your packed luggage because you will need to present them before you board your Disney ship. Without proper documentation, Guests will be denied boarding.
Since you will be on your magical vacation in December, you will be experiencing a
Very Merrytime Cruise, one of my favorite times to travel on
Disney Cruise Line. There will be holiday-themed entertainment and character greetings. I love to take photos in front of the gingerbread house and go to the tree lighting ceremony. Download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to view all of the daily activities once onboard.
If you have any other questions before you sail away, come back and visit us at
planDisney.
Adventure is out there!
