Hi, Jayashree!
I think you should definitely seize the opportunity to spend time making memories with your daughter at the Disneyland Resort! It can be much more manageable than you might think with some advance planning.
Check out the theme park
attractions list. It can be sorted by age interest, height requirement and thrill level so you can decide which rides you want to experience with your toddler. If there is no minimum height requirement at an attraction or it is advertised as being for “any height,” then it’s safe for your little girl to ride! Some favorite attractions you can experience together in Disneyland Park are “it’s a small world,” Peter Pan’s Flight, Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, Alice in Wonderland, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and even more. If she needs to burn off a little energy, visit Goofy’s Playhouse in Mickey’s Toontown. It’s a whimsical play area for little ones with a shady rest and viewing area for adults right in front.
The
Baby Care Centers in the parks are a great resource for parents. They are staffed with friendly Cast Members and provide full-size changing tables, high chairs, private nursing spaces and baby food prepping areas away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks for your convenience. You can also purchase items like diapers, wipes, baby food, formula, bottles, pacifiers, sunscreen, over-the-counter medicines and other essentials there.
Don’t forget to utilize Disney PhotoPass service to document your most magical vacation moments. I hope this helps, Jayashree, and that your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is all you’ve been dreaming!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
