HI! We are planning on taking our two girls (6 and 2) to Disney World for the first time in either July or August 2012. Can we still get the free dining plan. And how come they don't let a 2 year old get a meal plan since they are eat regular meals.

    Hi Andrew,

At this time, there haven't been any special offers released for free dining for July or August.  If you click here, you can see the current offers, and I'd encourage you to check back every so often to see about new offers. You may also want to visit www.allearsnet.com and www.mousesavers.com since both websites often know about special offers and share them.  Just an fyi, both July and August are popular months for guests with many schools on summer break, which may make the offer of free dining less likely.

As for the restriction of not letting a 2 year old purchase the dining plan, I look at it as a gift from Disney since they allow your child to eat off your plate, so combined with no charge for admission, I think this is a great deal!  And if you'd like to order food for your daughter, you are still welcome to do that; it will just be an additional charge.

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel; please let us know if we can help again as you continue to plan your trip.
