I am planning on taking a trip to magic kingdom and was wondering if anyone knew what rides are okay for my 18 month old to ride with. Like can i take her on its a small world? Pirates of the Carribean? Haunted Mansion?

    Hi Therese!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be so excited to take your little one to Magic Kingdom park! My oldest son first visited Walt Disney World Resort at 15-months old and we had a fantastic time on many different attractions.

Your daughter is welcome to ride with you on Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and "it's a small world" among many others. One word of caution from one mom to another, there is a drop in the dark on Pirates of the Caribbean that startled my boys a bit so we skipped that one when they were younger.

For a list of attractions that all ages can enjoy, the Walt Disney World Resort website has a great resource for parents of small children. There, you will find all kinds of ideas and information to help you plan your special day.

Wishing you and your princess a magical Walt Disney World vacation! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
