We are planning on taking my mother-in-law on her first disney world trip next year. I was wanting to know would it be cheaper to book a family suite or two separate rooms? It will just be 3 adults going. Also, we are wanting to book at a value resort.

    Hi, Jonathon!

How great you are taking your mother-in-law to WDW!  You will definitely score some points there! It is always nice to travel with family.

You have two choices with Family Suites at the Value Resorts.  Your first is All-Star Music.  Here it is about the same to book two rooms vs. a Family Suite.

The other Value Resort with Family Suites is Art of Animation.  Here the suites are bit more expensive, so booking two Standard Rooms will be cheaper than the Family Suite.

The exact cost is going to depend on the time of year, so call a Disney Reservationist at (407)W-DISNEY to price out some options to see where your best value will be.  Good luck finding the perfect resort for your family vacation in Walt Disney World.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
