We are planning on taking our daughter to Disney for her 3rd bday. I've read that if we arrive while she is still 2 that she won't need a park ticket, will I still be able to take her to the Boutique to become a princess on her bday?

Hi, Amanda!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You are correct, if a child is 2 on the day they check in they will not need a park ticket or to pay for meals for the entire vacation.  I do think you will be happy to know that you will have no problem getting her in to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique as long as she is 3 years old.  The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a very popular place, I recommend making reservations as early as 180 days in advance to be sure you secure a time slot for your princess.  It's such a fun experience, I think your daughter will be thrilled.  I took my daughter for her 3rd birthday and it was such a treat.

I hope this helps!  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.  Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
