Hi Damaris!
Welcome back and thanks for bringing another question to planDisney!
A big congratulations on your upcoming graduation! A trip to “The Happiest Place on Earth!” next summer sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate!
Because re-opening plans have not yet been announced, I can’t say for certain what the restrictions will be. But I don’t imagine the rules about food will change. Prior to the closure, Guests were welcome to bring food inside Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Most people liked to bring their snacks in a cooler. Just make sure the cooler doesn’t exceed 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high and does not contain glass containers and any loose or dry ice as those items are
not permitted. Reusable ice packs are great for keeping food and beverages cool all day long.
If you do decide you’d like a Disney snack during your visit, you are always welcome to ask a Cast Member to provide an ingredient list for your review. When dining at a sit-down restaurant you can speak to a chef prior to ordering and they will discuss the food options that meet your dietary restrictions. If remaining socially distant is your goal, I recommend using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering. It’s so convenient to place an order and pay in the
Disneyland App. Once you’re ready to eat, select the “Prepare My Order” button and wait for the text alert that your order is ready for pickup. You can order, pay and pick up your meal all while remaining socially distant. It’s great!
Lastly, don’t forget to stop by
Guest Relations to grab a complimentary “I’m Celebrating” button for yourself! It’s a fun way to add to the magic of your Disneyland Resort vacation!
Please feel free to bring future questions to us here at planDisney! We're all EARS!
