I am planning a surprise anniversary trip (it's his first trip!) in Nov. '14. Thinking of Chef's Table on our last night. I already know how great Disney is with dietary needs (food alergy). He is a seafood eating vegetarian. Will this be doable?

    Hi, Amanda!

What a wonderful surprise you have planned for your anniversary! Well done!

I have a seafood-eating vegetarian in my family, too, and have been so pleased with the accommodations made for her at so many Walt Disney World Resort restaurants. Frankly, I can't think of one other resort in the world where dietary needs are taken more seriously, or are catered to, than WDW.

Of course, if you are considering booking the Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table Dinner, the head chef will prepare a 10-course meal just for you...including your dietary needs. In fact, the link above includes the fact that "the chef serves up tidbits and tasting samples, catering the mouth-watering feast to your party's dietary preferences." In short? No dietary worries!

Have a a wonderful time planning this most special anniversary trip to Walt Disney World, Amanda! Be sure to send more questions as you think of them, too. We love to help!
