Planning a summer 2025 WDW vacation. The top priority for my son is Dolphin in Depth at EPCOT. The calendar online is released just a few months out. Am I able to call to book farther in advance? Does my trip need to be booked? Willing to book around it.

Hey there, Chrystin! I am totally flipping over your son's enthusiasm for your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort and your hope to add a little porpoise to his core memory bank.

EPCOT Seas Adventures – Dolphins in Depth is an amazing behind-the-scenes experience at SeaBase, a 5.7 million-gallon aquarium. Talk about the thrill of the backside of water! Guided by Cast Members, you will have the chance to go backstage, learn how marine mammal specialists care for the playful creatures and interact with dolphins in waist-deep water. It sounds so fintastic!

Dolphins in Depth is part of the Enchanting Extras collection. It can be reserved starting 60 days before your Walt Disney World trip. If you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, your booking window opens 60 days before your check-in date, and you can make reservations on any day of your stay (up to 10 days). All other Guests can make reservations 60 days before the day they plan to take the tour. If you stay at Walt Disney World for several nights, you will have access to reservations before many other Guests, especially on the later days of your vacation.

Since this is a priority for you, I recommend trying a few times when your booking window is set to open. The official language is they can "typically be booked no earlier than 6:00 AM on the day their offers become available." I would try at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern on the morning of, as sometimes they reset at midnight. If the date is showing as blocked out, I would set my alarm clock to start trying again at 5:45 a.m.

I hope everything works out and you can see your son spouting joy! If you have any other questions, please cruise back by planDisney. We're here to help you just keep swimming.

    SEAS the Adventure!
