Hello! Planning our summer 2021 trip! What parks do you recommend for a 2yr old, a 5yr old & 13yr old?

    Hi Maria,

Welcome to planDisney! How exciting to hEAR that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Since your anticipated arrival date is approaching soon, we have lots to plan! Honestly, all of the parks would be perfect for your children, so I would suggest that you book a vacation package with at least four-day theme park tickets so that you can visit each park at least once. Our girls love Magic Kingdom because it has so many classic attractions and we love to dine at Cinderella's Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant. We typically spend at least two days at Magic Kingdom because there are so many attractions, it takes us two days to experience them all.

Disney's Hollywood Studios has so many fun attractions as well. We love Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. Since we have young Jedi, a visit to the Gatherers in Savi's Workshop is a must-do and we do our best to join the Resistance on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. At EPCOT, we always head straight to Soarin' Around the World and MISSION: Space. At Disney's Animal Kingdom the adventure begins on Pandora and the animals are spectacular.

As you plan, check out the attractions list and filter by theme park to see which rides each of your children can experience. Be sure to check the height requirement for each attraction. And in addition to the attractions, check the advanced dining reservations possibilities. For character experiences, our favorite dining location is Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, we love Tusker House Restaurant. Keep your eye on the dining updates to see additional details about Tusker House reopening.

Maria, once you book that vacation package, be sure to make Disney Park Pass system reservations for each day that you have theme park admission. Keep an eye on the theme park reservation availability calendar because park pass reservations are limited. If you do not need a resort hotel, just purchase your theme park tickets and then make those park pass reservations. If you have not done so already, create a My Disney Experience account and then link your vacation package or theme park tickets to that account!

    Magic and memories,
    Donyell
