    We are planning to do the stroller 5K in January. What does race day look like...do you get to stay in the park after or do you have to buy a park ticket for that day too. For the pasta party do you have to have a park ticket to do that the night before?

    Hi Erica!

    The Family Fun 5K races are so fun!  Race morning is very exciting!  You will take a bus from your host resort to get to the starting area.  There will be a DJ and lots of fun music going to get everyone warmed up.  You will then get into your corrals.  The stroller corral will be last for safety reasons.  The race is 3.1 miles of Disney entertainment and fun!  It ends outside of the park, so if you want to go back into the park (or any other of the 4 parks) for the day, you will need a ticket to do that.   There will be buses going back to the Disney Resorts after the race ends.  

    If you buy a ticket to the Pasta in the Park Party, you will be able to enter that park around 6 p.m. the evening of your party, and have access to the entire park.  If you want to go to the park earlier than that, you will need separate admission.
