We're planning to do the A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour in August, and were wondering if the reserved viewing area for the Paint the Night Parade is available for both the 8:45pm and 10:45pm showings. Thanks!

    Hiya, Jamie!

I've enjoyed many of the offerings of Disneyland Resort's 70th Anniversary Celebration so far. The limited-time guided tour is one of the things at the top of my list to try next.

There is something for everyone on A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort. Whether your favorite things are attractions, history, snacks, or mementos, the tour has it all. One of the included features of the tour is access to a reserved viewing area for the Paint the Night Parade in the evening after you tour.

On days when there are multiple showings of the Paint the Night Parade, the Cast Members at the Tour Gardens on Main Street, U.S.A. will inform you which showing is included with your tour and when and where to arrive for your reserved viewing area. In my experience with guided tours, reserved viewing experiences depend on general park operations logistics and timing of the tours. For a guided tour like A Story of Celebration, I would normally expect the opportunity to be with the first parade showing. Times and experiences are subject to change. So it's best to get the latest information when checking in for your tour.

Which other offerings from the 70th anniversary interest you the most, Jamie? I'm excited for the new experiences coming to Main Street, U.S.A. in July, including the new film coming to Main Street Cinema, "The Last Verse," and artifacts on loan from the Walt Disney Family Museum.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Jamie!
