We are planning on staying for 7 nights in April 2020 at one of the Disney resorts. We'll have a nearly 7 y/o boy and 4 y/o daughter. Are all 4 parks good for their ages? Could we just get a 3 or 4 day park pass and enjoy time on resort?

    Hi there, Rebecca!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I am happy to help!

I'm sure your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be an amazing time for you and your family. Your children are the perfect ages to experience the magic of Disney! I would definitely say that there will be plenty for them to do at each of the four theme parks. Since you are planning well in advance, you'll have more than enough time to decide which parks and attractions will be best suited for your little ones.

In my experience, traveling with little ones means moving at a little bit of a slower pace. Taking the time to stop and let them (and you) rest is very important. My family usually hits the parks early in the mornings and then takes a few hours each afternoon to relax by the pool or take a little nap. So with that in mind, you may want to purchase a five or six day ticket. If you decide to plan for fewer days in the parks, just keep in mind that you can add additional days to your tickets as long as you do it before your last day of use. You'll definitely find plenty to do outside of the parks too though.

I hope this helps with your planning and please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions. Have a magical day!
