I am planning on staying at the new Drury next year. I see that parking is free for those staying at Disney resorts. Does this apply to Disney hotels also? We are driving from out of state and would much prefer just drive over than shuttle

Hey there, Mikayla, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! In my opinion, it’s always the perfect time to start planning your next Walt Disney World Vacation. So it’s great that you are here checking a few boxes off of your Disney Vacation planning list.

When staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel as part of their Disney Vacation, Guests receive complimentary Standard Theme Park Parking for their stay. While many Guests opt to use the convenient Disney Transportation options available at their Resort, many others - like myself - choose to drive over to the Theme Parks each day. For my family, it’s easier and quicker to load all of the kids into their car seats than it is breaking down strollers on the bus. Unfortunately, Guests staying in Disney Springs Area and Good Neighbor Hotels do not receive complimentary parking at the Disney Theme Parks. So if you choose to stay at the Drury Hotel, you will have to pay for daily parking at the Theme Parks. But if you decide to park hop, make sure to hang on to your receipt! Your parking fee includes parking at all of the Theme Parks you visit that day.

I hope this helps, Mikayla! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know
