    We are planning on staying at FWL We booked through our triple A membership in Texas and recently upgraded to CL. As I have read you comments in club level, they mention help on getting reservation. Is this prior to the trip or after we arrive ?

    Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge is beautiful and you are going to love the extra experience from staying Club Level. The lounge is great, we love being able to stop in for a quick snack from time to time and it is so nice to get help from the Club Level Concierge before and during your stay.

    You should receive a welcome email from the Itinerary Planning Office, however, as long as you have your reservation number, you may reach out to them yourself by emailing them at wilderness.lodge.itinerary.planning@disneyworld.com or by calling (407) 934-5348. You will need your reservation number in order for them to be able to assist you. The planners should be able to assist you in finding reservations or making plans before your stay.
