We are planning on staying at the FW Cabins for a week next spring...what are my grocery options? We weren't going to rent a car but I'm guessing on-property groceries will be very expensive. Can you have groceries delivered from off-site?

Of course you can purchase a limited selection of groceries from the Meadow or Trading Settlement Post stores. You'll find bread, milk, juice, eggs and other basics. And you are correct that the prices will be higher.

I have heard great recommendations for gardengrocer.com. You might want to check out their website. They will deliver! Also, you could ship a box of non-perishable items to the Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Just give them a call to ask what information to put on the box so that it's waiting for you upon arrival.

    Happy cabin camping!
