    We are planning on staying at the Disney Yacht Club on the 23rd November for 14 nights. Can you let me know are all the swimming pools freshwater? Also is there any major maintenance work being carried out at the hotel over our stay?

    Hi Tara!

    The pools are all freshwater and the main pools, and the water parks, are heated as well.  The main pool at the Yacht Club is absolutely amazing!  The Yacht Club shares Stormalong Bay with the Beach Club.  It's a sand bottom pool and is divided into three sections.  It has a very fast lazy river and a very tall and long water slide.  It also has a sand island for younger children where they can make sand castles in the middle of the pool!  It's fabulous!

    Disney hasn't announced any major maintenance work at the Yacht or Beach Clubs for when you are visiting so you should be good!  Have a magical vacation and write back if you have any more questions!
