Planning on staying at CBR but can we attend the night animal viewing at Animal Kingdom Lodge if we aren't guests there?

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

One of our family's frequent activities at Walt Disney World is resort hopping. You are perfectly welcome to visit any of the Disney resorts for shopping, dining or sightseeing, whether or not you are staying there. Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorites to visit, both to see the animals and the decor and to eat at Sanaa, Boma or Jiku.

We also like to stop in at the resorts on the monorail -- the Contemporary, Polynesian and Grand Floridian -- especially during the holidays. (We never miss a visit to the gingerbread house in the Grand Floridian in December).  I don't know when you plan to visit, but Wilderness Lodge and the Boardwalk have beautiful, interesting Christmas decorations as well that are worth the trip.

I hope you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World and get to see lots of animals at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Say hi to the giraffes for me. They're my favorite.

    Enjoy!
