We are planning on staying at the Beach Club during our next trip. Can we enter through the back entrance of Epcot in the morning or do we have to wait until 11 when the countries open?

    Hi Deanne,

There are lots of great reasons to stay at Beach Club Resort, and near the top of the list is the easy access to Epcot! The International Gateway entrance is less than a 5-minute walk from the resort and it is available all day, even though parts of the World Showcase don't open until 11 a.m.

You even can use the International Gateway entrance before park opening time if you have an early morning breakfast with the princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway. Or enjoy a lovely croissant or quiche for breakfast at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in France, which opens when the park opens.

I especially appreciate the convenience of the International Gateway entrance and exit at the end of the night. One of my favorite places to enjoy IllumiNations is from the bridge area between the United Kingdom and France pavilions. Once the show is over, it's a quick exit back to the resort for an ice cream sundae at Beaches & Cream or a nightcap at Crew's Cup Lounge.

Here's a Beach Club tip: The solarium is a charming quiet area, the perfect place to relax for a bit. We spent a lovely hour there recently with friends, waiting out a small thunderstorm with cold drinks, snacks and great conversation.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, Deanne. Enjoy!
