We are planning on staying at animal kingdom lodge. Is it worth the extra money we will have 3 children with us ages 7 , 5 and 3.... The 3 year old loves zebras opinions of where we should stay in hotel ?

    Hi Marcie,

If any of your children love exotic animals then you really can't beat Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Where else can you find zebras and gazelles ambling by your resort room balcony?  I think you'll find it is well worth the extra cost to stay in this deluxe Disney resort.  Be sure to take the time to interact with the animal specialists and cultural representatives at this resort.  They are amazing!

Because you have a party of five, you'll need a one bedroom villa or two adjoining standard rooms.  (Single standard rooms only accommodate four guests).  If you opt for two rooms, ask for rooms along Zebra Trail overlooking Arusha Savanna.  The one bedroom villas are found predominantly in the Kidani Village portion of the resort.  If you stay there, ask for a room overlooking Sunset Savanna and near the lobby.  This will save you many steps over the course of your vacation.

Let us know if you need any additional advice as you plan your Disney adventure!  We'd be happy to help.
